Corporate Office - Manager, Operation Process


Job Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the team to drive continuous improvement through process streamlining and standardization to enhance operation efficiency so as to improve overall customer experience (e.g. booking process, operation dashboard, apps, dispensing and checkup workflow, etc.)
  • Develop SOP, define standards and provide training to frontline to ensure standardized workflow / process are delivered all medical centres for consistent and patient-centric customer experience
  • Perform operational audit processes to ensure clinic compliance
  • Work closely with IT and Operation to drive new / system enhancement projects
  • Develop operation solutions to facilitate sales activities through B2B, B2C channels

 Job Requirement

 

  • Degree in all disciplines
  • Min. 7 years’ relevant experience in project/operational management. Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Business Analysis experience/ research background preferred.
  • With proven track record of leading transformation/process improvement projects
  • Detail-oriented and strong in process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, systematic and methodical in implementing changes
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
